1. Who we are
Detect & Protect is operated by Premium Support (الدعم المتميز), the exclusive authorized representative of Enable Biosciences, Inc. in the Gulf Cooperation Council. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
2. What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, phone number, email, city) via forms or WhatsApp.
Screening interest and role (parent, clinician, institution) to route your request.
Technical data such as browser type and pages visited (analytics, only after cookie consent).
3. How we use it
To respond to your screening request and coordinate sample collection with our laboratory partner (Life Check).
To deliver results and the digital counseling report.
To improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
4. Medical data
Health-related information is processed only with your explicit consent, handled by licensed healthcare partners, and never shared with third parties except as required to deliver the screening service or by law.
5. Your rights under PDPL
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time via WhatsApp +966 55 050 9207 or contact@detectandprotect.sa.
6. Retention & security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, stored with encryption in transit, and access is limited to authorized team members.

تُدار خدمة «اكتشف وأحمِ» بواسطة الدعم المتميز، الوكيل الحصري المعتمد لشركة Enable Biosciences في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات التواصل التي ترسلها (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، المدينة) عبر النماذج أو واتساب.
الاهتمام بالفحص وصفة مقدم الطلب (ولي أمر، طبيب، جهة مؤسسية) لتوجيه طلبك.
بيانات تقنية مثل نوع المتصفح والصفحات المزارة (لأغراض التحليل، وبعد موافقتك على ملفات الارتباط فقط).
٣. كيف نستخدمها
للرد على طلب الفحص وتنسيق جمع العينة مع شريكنا المختبري (Life Check).
لتسليم النتائج والتقرير الاستشاري الرقمي.
لتحسين خدماتنا. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية إطلاقًا.
٤. البيانات الصحية
تُعالج المعلومات الصحية بموافقتك الصريحة فقط، وبواسطة جهات صحية مرخصة، ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث إلا بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم خدمة الفحص أو امتثالًا للأنظمة.
٥. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت عبر واتساب +966 55 050 9207 أو البريد contact@detectandprotect.sa.
٦. الاحتفاظ والأمان
نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة للأغراض الموضحة أعلاه، مع التشفير أثناء النقل، ويقتصر الوصول عليها على أعضاء الفريق المخولين.
